Southwest Oklahoma Community Action Group, Inc. is seeking a Safe Haven Courtroom Advocate/Outreach Coordinator to provide advocacy for sexual assault and stalking victims across five Oklahoma counties.

The role supports protective orders, court proceedings, and related services in a trauma-informed framework. The position involves data entry in Empower DB, monthly reporting, and coordinating educational outreach and interagency meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred in social services or related field.
• Experience in trauma-informed care and Victims services desirable.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle high-stress situations.
• Familiarity with court procedures and protective orders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for victims of sexual assault, filing police reports and petitions for protective orders.
• Support court hearings, child welfare cases and other advocacy opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and complete monthly activity reports.
• Data entry in Empower DB and documentation per grant standards.
• Conduct outreach events and coordinate CCRT/SART meetings for five counties.
