Job summary

The Siegel Group seeks a Courtesy Patrol Officer for its Siegel Suites/Siegel Select properties in Sparks, NV. You will observe and report incidents, enforce rules, and assist management with safety concerns across assigned sites.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and preferred security experience. You may need to obtain a security license and equipment as needed. This is a physically active, on-site role with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Two years’ security experience is strongly preferred.
• Able to obtain a valid security license where required.
• Able to obtain a security belt, handcuffs, flashlight and pepper spray.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report property activity and incidents on assigned properties.
• Maintain a daily activity report documenting patrols, violations and safety concerns.
• Receive calls from management and communicate accordingly with staff or law enforcement as needed.
• Sweep, mop or vacuum floors and follow security procedures at all times.
• Attend required training and perform other duties as assigned.
