Job summary

Siegel Suites is seeking a Courtesy Patrol Officer to monitor property activity, observe incidents, and report them using incident reports. Enforce all property rules and coordinate with management and law enforcement as needed to ensure safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred security experience. You will maintain daily activity logs, respond to management requests, perform housekeeping tasks as needed, and participate in ongoing training in a dynamic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ security experience preferred.
• Legal ability to work in state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report property activity, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Maintain a daily activity report documenting patrols and incidents.
• Respond to management calls and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Sweep, mop or vacuum floors as part of duties.
• Read and follow security procedures and protocols.
• Attend required continued training.
• Other duties as assigned.
