Cornerstone Retirement Community in Texarkana, TX is seeking a Full-Time Courtesy Officer to join Methodist Retirement Communities' team. The role focuses on frontline hospitality, resident support, and safety within a continuing-care environment.

The position requires weekend coverage and evening shifts, with ongoing interaction with residents and visitors to provide information, directions and assistance, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stack/move chairs for events.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to project a friendly courteous personality towards residents, families and co-workers.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provides coverage at front desk in the community as a key contact for residents for a variety of requests.
• Serves as the first point of contact for guests, greeting them and meeting their needs for information and direction.
• Answers the main telephone number, greeting callers, routing calls and providing information.
• Responsible for patrolling the buildings and grounds.
• Provides light maintenance and environmental upkeep.

Schedule & Hours

• Sunday & Monday: 11:30pm-8:00am
• Thursday, Friday, & Saturday: 3:30pm-12:00am
• Off: Tuesday & Wednesday
