Meijer Inc. is hiring entry-level Team Members to support cart operations and store cleanliness in our Ohio location. You will help ferry carts, manage trash, assist with snow removal, and support various store areas to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Starting pay is up to $14.50/hr, with scheduling flexibility and opportunities for growth. Prioritizes customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Move shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Manage parking lot, lawn, and store trash collection.
• Operate snow removal equipment during winter as needed.
• Clean store and restrooms as part of routine duties.
• Assist service desk, entry, check lanes, and parking areas.
• Collaborate with departments across the store (Health & Beauty, Hardlines, Fashion, Pets, Hardware, Card & Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral).

Starting pay is determined by experience and the Union Pay Scale.Required Scheduling Availability: Days are flexible, but you must be available to be scheduled on our 3 busiest sales days (F, S, S) and to be scheduled until 10:00pm.As an entry-level team member, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks related to additional services provided by our store, product and customer service.
