Job summary

Meijer Inc. in West Chester, OH is seeking a Courtesy Lot Attendant for a part-time role.

You will assist with cart retrieval, parking lot upkeep, snow removal, returns, and general cleaning to support store operations and customer service. Requirements include being highly organized with strong listening and communication skills, ability to lift and maneuver goods, and availability on busy Fri/Sat/Sun shifts through 10:00pm.

Qualifications

• Entry-level retail role with exposure to store tasks.
• Must be available on peak days Fri/Sat/Sun and until 10:00pm.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, bend and twist when handling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Work with service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
