Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Using best practices for various bag types (reusable, plastic, paper).
• Assisting in removing merchandise from baskets for checkout.
• Offering help to customers with loading bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers of specials and returning items to shelves.
• Gathering and returning shopping carts.
• Cleaning spills, trash, and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Adhering to food safety regulations and performing equipment inspections.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers and answering product questions.
• Following all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with integrity.
• Supporting customers with special needs and minors, with or without reasonable accommodations.
