Responsibilities:

• Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring items are not damaged and bagging efficiently.
• Assist customers by removing merchandise from carts and helping load bags into cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves and gather/return shopping carts.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and answer product questions.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support customers with special needs and minors, performing essential functions with or without accommodations.
