Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently while ensuring contents are not damaged, aiming for at least five items per bag.
• Following best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
• Assisting customers in removing merchandise from baskets at checkout and helping load bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers of specials.
• Restocking shelves, returning carts, and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Adhering to safety programs, food safety regulations, and maintaining equipment.
• Creating a welcoming environment by answering questions and providing excellent customer service.
• Following all laws, company policies, and safety procedures, and managing conflicts professionally.
• Supporting customers with special needs, minors, and older adults, with or without reasonable accommodations.
