Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries at checkout, ensuring at least five items per bag without damage.
• Following best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
• Assisting in removing merchandise from bascarts for checkout.
• Offering to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers of specials.
• Restocking shelves, gathering and returning bascarts, and cleaning spills and trash inside and outside the store.
• Handling and assembling seasonal merchandise, understanding store layout, locating products, and conducting price checks.
• Reinforcing safety protocols, reporting unsafe conditions or incidents, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Inspecting equipment, maintaining a welcoming environment, and assisting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
• Following all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts calmly, and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Following directions, seeking assistance when needed, and supporting customer needs.
