Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities

1. Bag groceries at check out for customers, striving for at least five items per bag without damage.
2. Follow best practices for bagging items in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).
3. Assist in removing customer's merchandise from bottom of bascarts for checkout.
4. Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
5. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
6. Return merchandise to store shelves and gather bascarts.
7. Clean spills, trash inside store and parking lot, and all areas inside and outside of store.
8. Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise.
9. Understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks.
10. Reinforce safety programs, comply with safety procedures, and report unsafe conditions.
11. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
12. Inspect equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and report repairs.
13. Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers with questions about products.
14. Follow all laws and company guidelines.
15. Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
16. Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively.
17. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
18. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
19. Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
20. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
