Responsibilities:

1. Bag groceries efficiently, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
2. Assist in removing merchandise from shopping carts for checkout.
3. Help customers load bags into their vehicles upon request.
4. Perform basic shelf conditioning and restocking.
5. Inform customers of current grocery specials.
6. Return merchandise to shelves and gather shopping carts.
7. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash collection.
8. Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
9. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
10. Support preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
11. Create a welcoming environment for customers and assist with inquiries about products.
12. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
13. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
