Essential Job Functions:

1. Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and items are bagged efficiently.
2. Assist in removing merchandise from baskets for checkout.
3. Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
4. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
5. Return merchandise to shelves and gather bascarts.
6. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning spills, trash, and all store areas.
7. Handle seasonal merchandise and understand store layout for product location and price checks.
8. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
9. Inspect equipment and report repairs needed.
10. Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
11. Comply with all legal, safety, and company guidelines.
12. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
13. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
14. Support vulnerable populations, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
15. Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
