Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Following best practices for bagging in different types of bags.
• Assisting customers with unloading their merchandise and loading bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers of specials.
• Returning merchandise to shelves and gathering bascarts.
• Cleaning spills, trash, and all areas inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and understanding store layout for product location and price checks.
• Reinforcing safety programs, adhering to safety procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Following food safety regulations and practicing preventive maintenance.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers and assisting with questions about products.
• Complying with all laws, regulations, and company guidelines.
• Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts calmly, and acting with integrity.
