Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries at checkout, ensuring at least five items per bag without damage.
• Following best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, and paper bags.
• Assisting in removing customer's merchandise from baskets and helping load bags into vehicles.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers of grocery specials.
• Restocking shelves, gathering and returning shopping carts, and cleaning spills and trash inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise, understanding store layout, locating products, and conducting price checks.
• Reinforcing safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions or accidents, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Inspecting equipment, maintaining a welcoming environment, and assisting customers with questions.
• Following all legal and company guidelines, working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults, and performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
