Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently at checkout, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Following best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
• Assisting customers by removing merchandise from baskets and helping load bags into cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers of specials.
• Restocking shelves, collecting carts, and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Reinforcing safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Inspecting equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
• Following all laws, regulations, and company policies, and managing conflict calmly and cooperatively.
• Providing support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
