Job Description: Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities include:

1. Bagging groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and striving for at least five items per bag.
2. Assisting in removing merchandise from baskets and helping customers load bags into their cars.
3. Performing basic shelf conditioning, restocking, and organizing seasonal merchandise.
4. Informing customers of grocery specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
5. Maintaining cleanliness by cleaning spills, trash collection, and general store upkeep inside and outside.
6. Understanding store layout, locating products, conducting price checks, and assisting with safety and food regulations.
7. Supporting a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service.
8. Adhering to all safety, legal, and company guidelines, and managing conflicts professionally.
9. Supporting vulnerable populations such as minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
