• Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully.
• Assisting customers with loading bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers about specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
• Collecting and returning shopping carts.
• Cleaning spills, trash, and store areas.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and conducting price checks.
• Following safety procedures and food safety regulations.
• Inspecting equipment and reporting repairs.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers, answering questions, and providing assistance.
• Adhering to all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and managing conflicts calmly.
• Acting with honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality.
