Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and items are bagged in various types of bags.
• Assisting in removing merchandise from baskets and helping customers load bags into their cars.
• Performing shelf conditioning, informing customers of specials, and restocking merchandise.
• Managing bascarts, cleaning spills, trash collection, and maintaining store cleanliness inside and outside.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Following safety procedures, adhering to food safety regulations, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Providing a welcoming environment, answering customer questions, and supporting all store operations.
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflict professionally, and acting with integrity.
• Supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
