Responsibilities:

1. Bag groceries efficiently at checkout, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
3. Assist in removing merchandise from bascarts for checkout.
4. Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
5. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
6. Return merchandise to shelves and gather bascarts for return.
7. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning spills, trash, and all areas inside and outside the store.
8. Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
9. Ensure safety by complying with procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and adhering to food safety regulations.
10. Perform preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
11. Create a welcoming environment for customers and assist with inquiries.
12. Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
13. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with honesty and integrity.
14. Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
15. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
