Responsibilities:

1. Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and using various bagging techniques.
2. Assist in removing merchandise from baskets for checkout.
3. Help customers load bags into their cars.
4. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
5. Return merchandise to shelves and gather/store bascarts.
6. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash.
7. Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
8. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
9. Support preventive maintenance and equipment inspection.
10. Create a welcoming environment for customers and assist with inquiries.
11. Follow all laws, regulations, and company policies.
12. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
13. Act with honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality.
14. Assist customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
15. Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
