Responsibilities include:

• Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring at least five items per bag without damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
• Assist in removing merchandise from carts for checkout.
• Help customers load bags into their cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves and gather bascarts.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including spills and trash.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
• Follow safety protocols, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Support store environment to make customers feel welcome and valued.
• Comply with all laws and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with honesty and integrity.
• Follow directions, seek help when needed, and support customers, including minors, seniors, and individuals with special needs.
