Meijer in Englewood, OH is seeking an entry-level team member to learn a variety of retail tasks across our store, product and customer service teams. You will gain exposure to daily operations, guest interactions and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside the store to the interior.
• Coordinate and collect trash in parking lot, lawn, and inside store areas.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment for snow removal.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Collaborate with service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot teams.
• Work with departments across the store, including Health and Beauty Care, Hardware, Pets, and more.
• Note: may perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll be Doing:

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
