Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Courtesy Team Member to support store operations and customer service. You will assist with cart retrieval, parking lot upkeep, snow removal, basic cleaning, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure above-and-beyond service.

The role emphasizes being highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment while engaging customers and contributing to a positive shopping experience at Meijer.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside the store to the interior.
• Coordinate and collect trash from parking lot, lawn, and inside store.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for snow removal.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Work with service desk, store entrances, check lanes, and parking areas.
• Collaborate with departments across the store.
