Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking entry-level Courtesy Team Members to support store operations across departments and provide above-and-beyond customer service. You will assist with cart movement, trash collection, snow removal during winter, handling perishable returns, and basic cleaning while collaborating with multiple store teams.

The role emphasizes organization, strong communication, and physical stamina to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Move shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Assist with parking lot, lawn, trash collection and store cleanliness.
• Operate or coordinate snow removal as needed.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Collaborate with service desk, entry, check lanes and parking lot teams.
