Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Lima, Ohio, is seeking an entry-level team member to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks across store operations and customer service. You'll learn hands-on about how we serve customers and keep the store running smoothly.

As part of the Courtesy Team, you’ll assist with cart retrieval, parking lot and trash duties, light cleaning, and collaboration with departments. Strong organizational and communication skills help you thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions and return equipment safely.
• Comfort with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist cart attendants by collecting shopping carts from parking Lot and store entrance.
• Help with parking lot, lawn, and store trash collection.
• Perform basic cleaning and restroom upkeep; support service desk and checkout lanes.
• Coordinate with various departments like Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Pets, and Seasonal.
