Job summary

Meijer is seeking an entry-level team member to support various retail tasks across departments, from cart handling to trash collection and cleaning. You will engage with customers and ensure safe, organized store operations while providing above-and-beyond service.

Responsibilities include cart retrieval, lot maintenance, snow removal when needed, and collaboration with service desks and departments to maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling product or using equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinate and collect the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for removing snow.
• Performs basic store and restroom cleaning and supports service desk, entrances, lanes and parking areas.
• Collaborates with departments across the store to support customer service and operations.
