Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight of applications issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform quality assurance testing of Judicial Branch applications.
• Serve as a liaison for Judicial Branch personnel and the Office of Information Technology (OIT).
• Assist the Senior Technology Business Analyst as needed.
• Assist in developing training plans and delivering training sessions for technology users.
