Washington County is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support adults in the Washington County Court Support Services Program. This full-time, benefits-eligible role pays $23.11 per hour and collaborates with courts, attorneys, law enforcement, and treatment providers.

Washington County is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support adults participating in the Washington County Court Support Services Program. This position works closely with participants, treatment providers, courts, attorneys, law enforcement, community supervision, and community resources to coordinate services and help participants successfully navigate treatment and court requirements. (This is a grant funded position and the position may be eliminated if funding is discontinued.)
The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can build professional relationships, manage sensitive information, maintain accurate documentation, and provide evidence-based case management services within the criminal justice and behavioral health systems.
