Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Court Security Officer (CSO) to deliver protective services at federal court facilities under a USMS contract in Monroe, LA. The role demands vigilance, mobility, and the ability to work in austere conditions with limited supervision.

The CSO will enforce post orders, conduct patrols, monitor alarms, and respond to incidents, including possible armed escorts and courtroom security as needed. Candidates must pass a background check, drug test, and medical evaluation.

Qualifications

• Must have completed law enforcement training or academy program recognized by authorities.
• Minimum three years of verifiable civilian law enforcement experience or equivalent U.S. Armed Forces law enforcement.
• Eligible for employment after background check, drug test, and medical exam.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Enforce court security procedures and post orders.
• Patrol court facilities and monitor access points.
• Provide security for judges, court personnel, and visitors.
• Operate and monitor alarms and communications equipment.
