Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CJSTC law enforcement certification required or completed within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Screen visitors with x-ray and metal detectors.
• Monitor courthouse activity with video surveillance.
• Patrol buildings and grounds for safety and security.
• Assist with fire safety, evacuations, and drills.
• Advise and assist the public and staff as needed.
• Provide dignitary protection duties for justices and staff.
• Perform clerical tasks and incident reporting.
