Summary

Provides exceptional customer service, and creates a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere for members and guests. Should be knowledgeable on all activities and lesson structures at the Club. Maintains the Pro Shop and courts area in a clean and organized manner.

Essential Functions

• Operate Point of Sale making accurate and clear tickets on all pro shop sales.
• Receive merchandise.
• Price merchandise.
• Dust and straighten stock.
• Assist with inventory and display of inventory.
• Register and collect: guest fees, tournaments and lessons.
• Answer telephone and keep detailed messages.
• Maintain clean Pro Shop area.
• Follow and enforce shop procedures.
