Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a friendly Team Member to join The Woodlands Country Club, Trails Course in The Woodlands, TX. You will help with opening/closing procedures, keep the pro shop clean, assist guests with questions, and support merchandise management.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service experience, and attention to detail, with a willingness to learn and help across the shop and team.

Responsibilities

• Perform department opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the pro shop.
• Provide excellent guest service by fostering a welcome environment, answering questions and offering suggestions based on available merchandise.
• Assist with merchandise management including: shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking, and conducting inventory.
