Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process juvenile intakes, enter referrals and generate complaints.
• Conduct interviews and risk/needs screening to determine diversion options.
• Develop diversion agreements and monitor compliance with program requirements.
• Provide case management and coordinate referrals to community resources.
• Maintain case records and documentation per laws and policies.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with courts, schools, law enforcement, and families.
• Travel within the assigned region and statewide as needed.
• Participate in on-call coverage and attend required trainings.
