Valley Springs Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Court Liaison to oversee all court-related processes for involuntary treatment patients, representing the hospital at hearings and coordinating with courts, county offices, and treating physicians.
The role ensures all court documentation is complete and submitted on time, works with treatment teams, and maintains strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. This position offers a pay range of $36.55–$49.34 per hour.
The Court Liaison is responsible for overseeing all court related processes for patients requiring involuntary treatment for mental health and substance use conditions. This position represents the hospital by appearing at probable cause hearings and providing accurate, objective clinical information as required. The role is accountable for fostering effective working relationships between the hospital, the court system, county representatives, and treating physicians. Additionally, the Court Liaison ensures all court documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines and deadlines established by the court.
Pay: $36.55 -$49.34
