Job summary

Qualifications

• DPSST certification or equivalent; field training completed.
• At least 21 years old and valid Oregon driver license.
• Ability to pass medical, drug, and psychological evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Escort adults in custody to/from court appearances and appointments.
• Write criminal and disciplinary reports and testify in court.
• Conduct prisoner transports to detention facilities and hospitals.
• Assist in processing arrestees, including fingerprints and photos.
• Maintain court security and participate in ongoing training.
