Job summary

The New York Foundling seeks an Intake and Court Specialist Supervisor to lead a team responsible for client intake and court-related services in our New York programs.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with leadership, and ensure smooth operations for referrals, assessments, and enrollments. This role supports court-related activities and stakeholder presentations while promoting equity and accessibility in services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising two or more staff.
• Experience working in court-related settings and with intake processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise intake and court specialist staff to ensure performance and outcomes.
• Support leadership with court-related presentations and stakeholder communications.
• Network with stakeholders to ensure a steady stream of referrals.
• Audit team performance monthly and report to leadership.
• Screen incoming clients and families to confirm service needs and consent to enroll.
• Coordinate court-related tasks with therapeutic colleagues to cover needs.
• Oversee staff utilization and ensure adequate coverage of duties.
