• Prepares and analyzes grant invoices, reimbursements, and budgets.
• Monitors financial activity, develops spending strategies, and collaborates with budget staff.
• Reconciles bank, deposit, and general ledger accounts; posts journal entries.
• Oversees accounts receivable and collections for all Court units; tracks revenue.
