Job summary

Cumberland County is seeking a dedicated individual to support the Restorative Sanctions Coordinator in the Drug Testing Program and driving under suspension house arrest/electronic monitoring. Responsibilities include administering tests to male offenders, data entry, and reporting results to Courts and County departments.

The role requires observing urine collections, maintaining equipment, and providing analytical support. Position is restricted to MALE applicants.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives drug testing referrals and enters client information.
• Prepares daily testing forms and stocks testing supplies.
• Conducts observed urine collections for female clients as required.
• Analyzes drug screens and records results; prepares specimens for lab confirmation.
• Notifies referral agencies of results.
• Install and remove equipment for electronic monitoring programs.
• Monitor compliance and inform the Court of violations.
• Testify in Court as needed.
• Maintain equipment inventory and security.
