ABC Legal Services is seeking a reliable Court Runner to join our operations team in Phoenix, AZ. You will pick up and deliver legal documents between courts and our office, while also supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with driving in a fast-paced environment. Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some travel between Phoenix, Mesa, and Tempe is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with computer systems, PDF tools, and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver documents between court locations and the ABC Legal office
• Support administrative operations including filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork
• Enter and maintain accurate case information in the ABC Legal database
