Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers, enforces, and collects restitution, fines, and costs ordered by the Court.
• Conducts complex investigations and skip-tracing to locate and contact debtors.
• Interview defendants and establish payment plans.
• Prepare notices and enforce collections in collaboration with probation and agencies.
• Maintain compliance with court policies and procedures.
