The Superior Court Western District Prothonotary’s Office in Pittsburgh seeks a clerical professional to process appeals, docket filings, and manage communications.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least three years of clerical experience, with knowledge of court procedures and MS Office.
This position within the Superior Court Western District Prothonotary’s Office involves processing legal filings, issuing appeal-related notifications, court orders and opinions, and maintaining trial court certified records.

Starting Salary Range: $39,649-$49,718 (maximum salary is $59,787).
