Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with paperwork and questions, review court forms for completeness, assign case numbers.
• Process incoming correspondence via email, mail, e-filing and in-person filings.
• Direct customers to relevant services such as legal clinics, self-help information, or libraries.
• Maintain case documentation and update the case management system with accurate data.
• Schedule time-sensitive matters and ensure court events are recorded in the system.
• Process payments for fines and fees; reconcile cash drawer and deposits.
