Qualifications
Court-certified in California or U.S. Federal Courts.
Certified by the American Translators Association or equivalent.
Two years of experience with state or federal agencies.
Three professional references confirming translator status.
Fluency in English and the second language.
Trained through a higher education institution.
Minimum age of 18 years.
Responsibilities
Provide written translations using a Computer-Assisted Translation tool.
Adhere to project work instructions and reference materials.
Ensure translations are culturally appropriate.
Perform language quality checks on translations.
Deliver translations by deadlines and budgets.
Review and correct formatted target-language files.
Communicate with team members professionally.
Participate in quality management processes.
Protect sensitive information throughout the process.
Adhere to company policies and Master Service Agreement.
