Job summary

Catalyst Community seeks a Program Coordinator to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children of mixed ages in a courthouse setting. The role includes coordinating staff schedules, purchasing, and data reporting across multiple program locations within a regional area.

Under supervision, you will support program planning, communicate with families, and ensure inclusive practices for children with diverse needs. Strong English communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CD/ECE or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in CD/ECE.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and quality learning experiences for children of multiple ages in the same setting.
• Create learning environments inclusive of children with special needs.
• Learn and implement adaptive methods for working with all children.
• Communicate with families in a culturally and linguistically sensitive manner.
• Maintain family files and attendance records.
• Develop relationships with site point of contact and coordinate program planning.
