Montgomery County Juvenile Court in Dayton, OH seeks a case management professional to conduct administrative hearings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and oversee truancy cases involving families and youths. You will maintain documentation, prepare formal reports for the Judge, and develop case plans using Motivational Interviewing and CBT approaches.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Able to pass criminal background check.
• LSW and/or education background preferred.
• Must meet Immigration Reform and Control Act requirements.

Responsabilités

• Conduct administrative hearings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain and document case management information and prepare reports for Court handling.
• Identify barriers for families and juveniles, develop case plans and ensure compliance with court orders.
• Provide intensive supervision of attendance and coordinate community referrals.
