Job summary

St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario, is seeking a Course Development Administrator to lead the full lifecycle of new course development, designing and refining processes to deliver high-quality, innovative courses.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Program Innovation, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor progress, ensure on-schedule delivery, and drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes and assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or closely related field.
• Minimum five years experience in course development at post-secondary level.
• Experience using LMS and video conferencing tools.
• Ability to write learning outcomes and design assessments/rubrics.
• Strong digital fluency and research skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of new course development initiatives.
• Design and implement robust processes and policies for course development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception to launch.
• Monitor day-to-day activities and long-term planning, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Report to senior leadership and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
