UPS is seeking a driver for a 2-person team to pick up and deliver packages in the Grapevine, TX area. The role requires a high school diploma, clean driving record, valid class D license, ability to lift 70 lbs, and English communication.

You will load/unload, follow safety procedures, and scan airbills. This is a full-time position with 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, with coverage when others are away.

Qualifications

• Verifiable high school diploma, GED or higher education.
• 7 years of verifiable employment.
• 3-year clean driving record.
• Ability to pass credit, 10 background and criminal history checks.
• Must complete TSA testing.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid class D driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Clean and verifiable driving history.
• Maintain MNX Driver Safety Standards.
• Lift in excess of 70 lbs.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).

We are currently seeking a driver for a 2-person team to pick up and deliver packages from local customer locations in the Grapevine, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments for delivery.
• Knowledge of and abide by all safety, security, and operating procedures for pickup and delivery of customer packages and operating motor vehicles including remaining in compliance with all Federal, state, and local laws.
• Scan information on airbills and manifests.

Requirements

• Verifiable / Proof of high school diploma, GED or higher education
• 7 years of verifiable employment
• 3-year clean driving record
• Applicants must be able to pass a credit check, 10 documented background check and criminal history check.
• Applicants must complete TSA testing.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Applicants must possess a valid class "D" driver's license (a CDL is NOT required).
• Applicants must have and maintain a clean and verifiable driving history.
• Applicants must be able to maintain MNX's Driver Safety Standards.
• Applicants must be able to lift in excess of 70lbs.
• Position requires the ability to communicate (write and speak) in English and the ability to provide general direction to others.

Position Details

Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM. You will also be expected to cover when the other drivers are on vacation or leave sick.

Benefits

• All qualified candidates hired as of July 1, 2021 will be awarded with a $1000 USD sign-on/retention bonus.
• The bonus will be distributed in two equal payments to the hired candidate that is active at the time of payout.
• The first payment of $500 will be distributed following the hired candidate's successful completion of 90 days.
• The second payment of $500 will be distributed after the hired candidate has completed six months of continuous service.
