Job Duties
Operates company vehicles and provides courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards. Provides coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area. Performs related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must demonstrate area knowledge.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Maneuver packages over 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the station's service area preferred. Demonstrated adaptability, dependability, and excellent courier methods.

Job Conditions

Neat appearance required due to customer contact. Must meet qualifications outlined in FMCSA or FAA regulations, including medical exams. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record as per policy 4-48. Non-safety sensitive position. Ability to work alert and safely at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Transparency: This range is an estimate of current starting salaries across potential locations. Actual pay depends on experience, location, and other factors. Additional compensation options may include bonuses and premiums. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $23.50-$36.50

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 0500 AM - 0500 PM
