Job summary

SPS Global in the United States is seeking a Courier Driver (Floater) to support local deliveries and dock operations. You will navigate routes, handle freight, maintain vehicles, and ensure accurate delivery documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and 2+ years in courier or freight work, with strong customer service and multitasking skills. Local travel and on-site duties are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years courier/freight experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work assigned hours as determined by the manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mail and parcels on predefined routes, ensuring timely delivery and safety.
• Load and unload freight, following safety and efficiency protocols.
• Support dock operations and manage shipping/receiving areas as needed.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and perform routine inspections for safety and readiness.
• Document deliveries with logs and timestamps to support chain of custody.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and SPS employees.
